De acero vitrificado para alimentos

glass is applied and fused at a temperature of 840°C to the steel surface

our trays are extremely easy to clean thanks to the special type of vitrification process. White speckles measuring between 1 and 4 mm in diameter were applied on the dark surface in contact with the food

this special treatment causes grease and oil to stick in a discontinuous manner, thus making cleaning much easier

in addition, its square shape allows to obtain equal portions of food by making use of the corners, perfect for lasagna and pizza

The baking tray is used by placing it on top of the oven grill rack
